15. Basic to Beautiful Membership (Refund Policy)
Basic to Beautiful is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee, starting from your date of enrollment. This applies to every payment option — one-time payment and payment plans.
If you request a refund within your first 30 days, we'll refund all payments collected to date and cancel any remaining scheduled payments on your plan — you will not be billed again. Refund requests can be made by emailing [email protected].
After the 30-day window has passed, the guarantee no longer applies. If you're on a payment plan, your remaining payments will continue to be charged on schedule until the plan is paid in full, regardless of usage.
16. Private 1:1 Lessons (Cancellation & Refund Policy)
Private lessons may be purchased individually or in a 4-lesson or 8-lesson package. Purchased lessons do not expire.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice and will be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are non-refundable and are not eligible for rescheduling, as that time was reserved exclusively for you.
Once a lesson has taken place, it is not eligible for a refund. For 4-lesson and 8-lesson packages, any unused lessons remain refundable at any time — completed lessons will be valued at the standard single-lesson rate, with the remaining balance refunded. Once all lessons in a package have been completed, the package is no longer eligible for a refund.

Additionally, If tech issues arise during our session (such as internet/power going out or technology crashes), I will work with you to make up the time lost at no additional cost.
