Basic to Beautiful Affiliate Program Terms

Website: matthodgemusic.com
Effective Date: September 6, 2026
Last Updated: September 6, 2026

1. Overview

These Terms govern participation in the Basic to Beautiful Affiliate Program ("the Program"), operated by Matt Hodge Music, LLC. By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms in addition to the general Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

Anyone may apply to become an affiliate. You do not need to be currently or previously enrolled in Basic to Beautiful to join the Program or earn commissions.

3. Commission Structure

Approved affiliates earn a 25% commission on payments made by referrals who enroll in Basic to Beautiful using their unique affiliate link, including one-time payments, each installment of a payment plan, and sale-priced enrollments. Commission rates and Program terms may be changed at any time, with changes applying to future referrals.

4. Referral Tracking

Commissions are paid only on enrollments completed using the affiliate's unique link. Matt Hodge Music is not responsible for untracked or misattributed referrals.

5. Payment of Commissions

Commissions are paid monthly, via PayPal, on the 1st of each month, for referrals whose purchase has cleared the 30-day refund window described in the Basic to Beautiful refund policy (Section 15 of the general Terms of Service). If a referral requests a refund within that window, no commission is paid on that purchase. Matt Hodge Music reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

6. Affiliate Conduct

Affiliates may not misrepresent Basic to Beautiful, make false or exaggerated claims, spam, or use paid advertising in a way that infringes on Matt Hodge Music's trademarks or brand terms without permission. Affiliate links must be shared honestly and in compliance with FTC disclosure guidelines (for example, disclosing the affiliate relationship where required).

7. No Employment or Agency Relationship

Participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the affiliate and Matt Hodge Music. Affiliates are independent, and are solely responsible for any taxes owed on commissions earned.

8. Termination

Matt Hodge Music may suspend or terminate an affiliate's participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these Terms. Affiliates may stop participating in the Program at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
