I was wrong. I've dedicated my life to performing beautiful, emotionally-driven piano — and teaching others to do the same. That passion led me to build my Basic to Beautiful method.
I've walked every path a pianist can walk: performed on hundreds of stages, earned three music degrees, taught as a professor at several universities, played on national tours, recorded in prestigious studios, written best-selling music books, judged international competitions, led nationwide masterclasses, and earned numerous music awards...
...I've worked with Grammy, Emmy, Tony, Golden Globe, and Oscar winners, music hall of famers, and music industry legends, all while building a career spanning all 50 states, 30+ countries, and six continents. My music has been heard on Netflix, Amazon, Apple, FOX, Radio Disney, Spotify, and PBS, and in films, television, video games, musicals, and viral videos with over 75 million views.
