I’ve had the privilege of working with music hall-of-fame legends, as well as Grammy, Tony, Emmy, Golden Globe, and Academy Award winners and nominees.

I have been humbly honored with numerous accolades, including several wins and nominations for national and international awards.

My formal education includes three degrees --- a B.A. in Piano, Theory & Composition (Campbellsville University), an M.A. in Music (Campbellsville University), and an M.F.A. in Music Composition (Vermont College of Fine Arts), as well as a Music Business Specialization Certificate from Berklee College of Music.

As a global artist, I have traveled through 15+ countries as a musician and educator. I am also a music entrepreneur who has serviced clients in all 50 states and 30+ countries spanning six continents.

As an international artistic scholar and author, I have been an invited speaker at 20+ international conferences and penned numerous music-centered books, textbook chapters, and journal/magazine articles (totaling dozens of publications with 10+ international publishers).

As a music professor, I have taught full-time or part-time at five universities, in addition to being a frequent invited guest musical artist and educator at numerous other colleges, schools, institutions, and artistic organizations.
